Bleeding Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of egg (fresh)
8 oz of cream cheese; softened
1/3 c of sugar (granulated)
6 oz of chocolate (white, chunks)
Cake mixture or batter (homemade or boxed)
Food color (red, or frosting tint)
Instructions:
Preheat oven as stated inside the package directions. Line the muffin cups with aluminum foil.
Beat egg on a bowl then add cream cheese; beat thoroughly until mixture becomes smooth. Mix in sugar then add coloring till you get the exact color you like. Add white choco chunks then mix thoroughly.
Prepare cake mixture. Place onto the muffin cups (2/3 full) and top (2 teaspoons) of filling onto each batter. Bake then let it cool. Frost the cupcakes as stated on the package directions.
