Halloween Eyeball Potion Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 gal of ice cream (vanilla-flavored)
1 pack gelatin dishes (red-colored, may be strawberry or cherry-flavored)
1 pack gelatin
20 pcs raisins or blueberries
Instructions:
Take 2 ice cream scoops and place on every top of ten gelatin dishes. Top with raisin or blueberry as if they were your eye pupil. Put in freezer for half an hour.
Prepare gelatin, following package instructions. Pour 1/4 c of chilled gelatin (it should not be firmed yet) around eyeballs, leaving eyeball top exposed.
Place inside freezer ’til ready to be served.

Spit Wad Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
Flat dish
Knife (butter)
2 pcs of marshmallows (large)
Peanut butter (creamy)
Two slices of bread
Instructions
Spread a generous amount of peanut butter on each bread. Rip marshmallows gently apart into tiny pieces (spit-wad sizes). Depress marshmallow pieces into the bread.
Press together bread slices into a sandwich. Serves one spit-wad loving person

Snake Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
6 Tbsps of mustard (brown)
3 loaves of white bread dough (frozen, 16 oz); thawed
12 oz of salami; sliced thinly
16 oz of ham; sliced thinly
6 oz of shredded cheese (provolone)
6 oz of shredded cheese (mozzarella)
1 tbsp of water
3 types of food color (green, yellow, and red)
2 pcs of cloves (whole)
3 pcs of egg yolks
3 Tbsps of cheese (Parmesan); grated
2 pcs of olives (pimiento-stuffed, small)
Roasted sweet pepper (bottled, red); cut to strips, 6×1 inch
Instructions:
Prepare three baking sheets and line with aluminum foil; butter the aluminum foil.Roll out one dough onto a floured board and make a rectangle (26×6 inch). Gently brush (2 tablespoons) mustard within an inch on its sides.
Layer 1/3 of the salami and ham over the mustard. Sprinkle 1/3 of cheeses over the meat and brush the edges with clean water.
Tightly roll (spiral) beginning on its long side then pinch the edges. Shape the dough onto the sheets like a letter-S. Combine 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of water with the food color. Make one for each color.
Brush the colors on the dough, making stripes. Set it aside for twenty mins; let the dough rise. Sprinkle (one tablespoon) Parmesan on top.
Form the ends as the tail and the head; insert two cloves on the head. Do the same to the other two doughs. Bake in the oven at (375 degrees F) for 25-30 mins or till they turn golden.
To plate, insert the olives over cloves, pin using toothpicks. They serve as the eyes then place strip of pepper at the mouth, as the tongue.

Boogers On A Stick Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of cheese spread (Cheez Whiz)
food color (green)
30 pcs of pretzel sticks
Instructions:
Melt cheese spread inside a microwave then let it cool for a while. Add food color (about 3 drops) onto warm spread and stir thoroughly.
Dip the tips of pretzel sticks onto cheese spread. Dip them repeatedly until lumps are thick or booger-like. Place on parchment paper then let it cool for 10 minutes, allowing them to firm or harden.
Gently peel off from parchment paper; arrange them on serving plates and serve.

Spider’s Nest Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of cream cheese; softened
1 1/4 oz of seasoning mix (taco)
1 1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
1 c of guacamole
1/2 c fresh salsa (chunky, bottled)
16 oz of refried beans (black, canned)
12 oz of cheese (Mexican); shredded
2 1/4 oz of olives (black, canned); chopped
15 oz of beans (black, whole); rinsed then drained
6 pkgs of tortilla chips (blue)
Instructions:
Combine (taco) seasoning, (1 cup) sour cream, and cream cheese inside a mixing bowl then mix well then set it on the side.
Spread evenly the (refried) beans on a microwave-safe dish or pan. Add cheese then microwave them for 20 to 25 seconds till cheese melt slightly.
Drain salsa then pour over cheese, next drain olives then place above salsa, next add the sour-cream-mixture and guacamole.
Spoon (medium-sized dollop) sour cream on top. This will be the nest. Place the remaining sour cream inside a bag pipe. Pipe web-design and place the (black) beans, as the spiders, surrounding the nest.
Serve it with tortillas.

Goblin Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of pretzels (11 oz)
crackers (butter-flavored)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)
1 pack of candy corn (18 & 1/2 oz)
1 pack mini crackers w/ peanut butter filling
1 c of peanuts (dry); roasted
1/2 c of margarine or butter
1 pack of M&M’s (10 oz)
2 Tbsps of vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine in wide saucepan butter, corn syrup and sugar.Boil it over mid-heat for five mins. Take saucepan away from fire. Add baking soda and extract to create foamy mixture.
Next, combine the pretzel pack, then stir ’til everything gets coated.
Prepare and grease 15×10x1 inch bake pan and pour in pretzel mix. bake it for forty-five minutes (250 degrees Fahrenheit), stir every 10-15 minutes.
Once warmed, break pretzel pieces apart. Top with candy corns and M&M’s. Allow to cool, then keep in covered containers.

Choco Lanterns Recipe
Ingredients:
1 huge container of Cool Whip
12 pcs of mini-pumpkins
2 packages of Jello pudding (chocolate, large)
Food color (green)
Instructions:
Prepare the Jello based on package instructions then chill ’til firm. Remove pumpkin tops and most its interior using knife then even-out the interiors by scooping it.
Draw the pumpkin faces using marker (permanent). Scoop the pudding inside pumpkins ’til full then mix well. Allow to cool then whip mixture with green color then add on top of pumpkins. Keep lanterns cool ’til serving time.

Bloody Apples Recipe
Ingredients:
apples
cherry-flavored soda
Instructions:
Rinse apples then pat dry with paper towel. Core then place on a microwave-safe dish. Pour red soda (cherry-flavored) all over apples as well as onto the dish.
Cover with (plastic) wrap and poke tiny holes. Microwave like baking potatoes.

Cheesy Goblin Head Recipe
Ingredients:
4 packs of cream cheese (8 ozs)
1 pack of cheese (taco-flavored, 8 ozs); shredded
1/4 c of butter or margarine
2 Tbsps of milk
Tortilla chips
Pickled peppers
Olives (Pimiento-stuffed)
Olives (Red pepper-stuffed)
Beets; shredded
Sticks of carrot
Crackers (assorted)
Pepper (sweet, green)
Instructions:
Combine margarine, 2 packs cream cheese and taco cheese in bowl then let it stand (room temperature) in 30 mins. Pour the milk and beat using electric-powered mixer with medium-set speed ’til combined.
Scrape sides of bowl from time to time while mixing then cover it and let chill about 4-24 hours.
Shape goblin head on plate using cheese mix. In separate bowl, add and stir rest of the cream cheese ’til smooth then spread the head using soft cream cheese.
Attach tortilla as ears then using toothpicks, stick pickled pepper as nose, and olives with pimiento as eyes as well as olives with pepper as toes.
Use zigzag-cut sweet pepper as eyebrows and beets as hair as well as carrot as teeth. Sprinkle plate with crackers. This recipe creates 20 serving portions.

Sorcerer’s Wands Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of caramels (14 oz)
1 Tbsp of water (at room temperature)
20 pcs of pretzel sticks (7-8 inch)
10 oz of candy coating (chocolate)
Sprinkles (or decorative candies)
Instructions:
Line a tray with parchment paper and spray with nonstick vegetable spray.
Combine water and caramels in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2-1/2 on a high setting, stirring every minute till smooth. Dip the pretzel sticks (about 2/3) onto the warm caramel.
Place pretzels on the sheets till it sets. Place inside the refrigerator.
Melt the (chocolate) candy coating inside the microwave, stirring every minute till smooth. Dip the uncoated part of the pretzel onto the warm chocolate. Place on the sheets and sprinkle the candies.
Chill then serve.

Witches Pie Recipe
Ingredients
Orange-flavored sherbet (1 quart)
1/2 pint of ice cream (chocolate)
1/2 tsp of vanilla (extract)
1/2 c of cream (heavy)
1 pack of choco bits (6oz)
1/4 c of butter; melted
1/2 c of white sugar
18 wafers (chocolate)
Instructions
Crush the wafers. Mix in butter and sugar. Fit into a round pie mold. Place inside the fridge to chill.
Melt choco bits with heavy cream using a pan on low fire. Mix in the vanilla. Remove from heat and place inside the fridge to chill.
In a large bowl, cream ice cream ’till it is smooth. Scoop ice cream onto wafer crust, then spread the choco mixture on top. Place inside freezer.
When firm, scoop sherbet on top of your pie.

Graveyard Bones Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar
2/3 c of sugar (white)
3 pieces of large eggwhites
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 teaspoon of salt
Instructions:
Prepare oven. Heat to about 200 deg. Fahrenheit.
Beat cream of tartar, salt and eggwhites until fluffy in mixing bowl. Beat sugar in gradually, then combine vanilla.
Using a piping bag with mid-plain tip, form three inches bone figures in parchment covered baking sheets. Bake it for an hour ’til it sets. Allow to dry inside oven.
Creates 48-60 small-sized bone figures.

Bat Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients:
3 c of cheese (Cheddar, sharp); shredded
8 oz of softened cream cheese (chive-and-onion flavored)
4 oz of pimiento (1 jar); drained then diced
1/2 c of nuts (pecans); toasted then chopped
24 pcs of bread slices (whole wheat/pumpernickel)
Instructions:
Combine together Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimiento, and pecans; stir thoroughly. Use a 4 inch (bat-shaped) cutter and cut two pieces from one slice of bread, thus having 48 pieces.
Spread filling (about 2 tablespoonfuls) on top of the 24 bat-shaped slices. Cover with the other bat-shaped slices.

Breadstick Bone Yard Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of breadsticks (7 oz)
1 Tbsp of melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp of Taco seasoning
Instructions:
Heat the oven at 375 degrees F.
Unroll the dough and cut to six strips. Carefully stretch the strip to make it a foot long. Tie knots loosely on each ends. Do the same to all strips. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Combine butter and seasoning on a bowl; mix thoroughly. Brush butter mix over the breadsticks then bake till slightly brown, or about 13 to 15 mins.
