Frankenstein Stew in a Pumpkin Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc bell pepper (green); sliced
Potatoes; cut in small squares
1.5 lbs of meat (beef stew)
2 Mushroom soup cans (Campbell’s)
1 pumpkin (medium-sized)
1 pack of small carrots
1 stalk of celery; sliced
1 lb mushrooms (fresh); sliced
1 pc of onion (large); sliced
Instructions:
Remove pumpkin top and empty pumpkin. Place in baking sheet. Preheat oven (300 degress Fahrenheit). Mix all ingredients into your pumpkin, then place inside the oven to bake.
Place pumpkin in a platter. You may use a ladle to scoop stew out of shell. You may pair it w/ French toast or green vegetable salad if desired.

Halloween Meatloaf Mice Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of tomato catsup
6 ozs of ground turkey meat
1 pc of onion; finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 beaten eggwhites
6 ozs of ground beef
2/3 c of uncooked oatmeal
Tomato-based pasta sauce
Uncooked Spaghetti noodles
Raisins
Instructions:
Cut two small carrot circles for mice’s ears. Create thin long strips for tails from remaining carrot. Steam ’til tender and crisp.
Prepare oven. Heat to 350 degrees F. Combine together catsup, eggwhites, turkey, beef, onions, oatmeal, salt and pepper.
Create 4 small mice-shaped loaves then place on bake sheet. Have it pointed in front, then rounded at the meatloaf’s back part. Bake it for forty-five minutes.
Once done attach carrot circles on ear part and long carrot slices on tail. Then place raisins as eyes. Have uncooked noodles broken to pieces then attach around nose as whiskers.
Separately, heat tomato-based pasta sauce. Pour one teaspoon of pasta sauce into plate. Put mouse-shaped meatloaf over sauce, then serve.

Cat Dump Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
For Cat Dumps:
A cup of baking mix (such as Bisquick)
A cup of cheddar; shredded
A pound of meat (turkey, pork, beef); ground
For Litter:
3 & 3/4 cups of water
2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
2 cups of rice (long-grain)
2 teaspoons of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Combine baking mix, cheddar as well as meat then form into logs of varying sizes. Next, bake mixture using ungreased cookie sheet (20 minutes), ’til firm, crispy as well as brown.
Mix rice, water, salt and margarine or butter using huge saucepan then let boil. Lower the flame and cover to simmer (14 minutes). Do not lift the cover while simmering. Fluff the rice using fork then set it aside.
The moment dumps are cooked, transfer it on papertowel-lined dish. Let drain. Scoop litter rice as well as meat dumps on pan then serve.

Worm Burgers Recipe
Ingredients:
6 hambuger bread buns
Catsup
Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
1 whole egg
1 lb of beef (ground)
1.5 c of Mung beans
Instructions:
Clean Mung beans. These will be your worms. Mix together the Mung sprouts, egg and beef. Set remaining Mung sprouts aside.
Form mixture into hamburger patties. Pan fry. Season with pepper and salt. Cook them until all sides are nicely charred.
Place burger on hamburger buns. Garnish with more worms. Top with mayo or catsup. Makes six burgers.

Halloween Haystacks Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of butter
Orange-colored food coloring (paste)
1 c peanuts (Spanish)
1 pack semi-sweet choco chips
10 pcs marshmallows (large)
1.5 c of noodles (Chow Mein)
Instructions:
Melt butter and chocolate chips on double boiler. Add in coloring paste and marshmallows. Once the mallows are almost melted, combine peanuts and noodles.
Scoop a teaspoonful of mixture into waxpaper. Let it chill for hours.

Roast Chicken with Vampire Garlic Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
2 tsps of thyme (dried)
1 tsp of rosemary (dried or fresh, crumbled)
1 tsp of sage (or dried rubbed); chopped
1/2 scant tsp of pepper (black)
2 pcs of chicken (fresh, whole, about 4 lbs each)
Sprigs of Rosemary (rinsed)
8 pcs of garlic heads (2 inch wide each)
3 Tbsps of olive oil
Salt
Instructions:
Combine (2 tbsps) oil, juice, sage, pepper, rosemary and thyme inside a bowl. Rinse the chicken then pat them dry.
Discard any fat lumps. Rub the oil mix on the them and place on roasting pan, 1-inch apart. Rub the rest of the oil with the garlic and place them on the rack (beside the chicken).
Roast inside the oven at 425 degrees F until the garlic becomes tender and chicken is well-browned, about an hour or so.
If the garlic cooks before the chickens do, take out garlic and place inside a bowl. Let the juice from the chicken drip onto the pan.
Place the chickens neatly on the serving platter with the garlic surrounding them. Garnish sprigs of rosemary. Serve.

Pumpkin & Sausage Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of butter or margarine
1/2 c of onion; minced
15 oz of pumpkin (canned)
14 oz of creamed corn (canned)
14 oz of ready-to-serve chicken broth (canned)
1/2 lb of smoked cooked sausage (Kielbasa or Polish); halved lengthwise
1 c of beans (frozen, green)
1/2 tsp of pepper
Instructions:
Melt the margarine inside a saucepan above moderate heat then add onions. Cook until limp or tender then add broth, pumpkin, and corn; stir. Add sausage, pepper, and beans.
Let it boil and reduce the heat. Continue to simmer for 10 mins or till beans soften and the flavors have blended thoroughly; stir frequently.

Graveyard Goulash Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of lean beef; cubed
2 ozs of stock (beef)
2 ozs of butter
1 tbsp of paprika
2 ozs of fluid sour cream
1 lb of tomatoes; peeled & chopped
Pepper
Salt
2 pcs onions; sliced to rings
Fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
Soften butter inside stewpan, then you add in beef. You fry lean beef ’til each side is well-browned (approximately 6-8 minutes).
Add in onions. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. Combine stock and tomatoes, cover, then allow to simmer ’til beef becomes tender (1 & 1/2 – 2 hrs). Add stock once needed.
Finish with a topping of sour cream on top and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
