Candy Corn Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
2 packs of frosting (vanilla, creamy supreme, 16 ozs)
1 pack of chips of vanilla (white, 12 ozs); melted
1 pack of chips of butterscotch (10 ozs); melted
Food coloring (yellow)
Food coloring (red)
48 pcs of candy corn
Instructions:
Line foil on 13″ x 9″ pan then grease foil with butter. In huge bowl, mix melted chips of vanilla as well as a can frosting then mix very well. Pour 1/3 mixture on buttered and foil-lined pan.
Using separate bowl, mix very well melted chips of butterscotch and another can frosting. Combine 1/2 teaspoon of yellow with 1/2 teaspoon of red colors then blend very well ’til mixture becomes orange.
Pour orange mix on white mix on pan. When the reserved 2/3 white mix sets, then heat inside oven (microwave) ’til it melts and smoothens while stirring from time to time.
Drop the 1/4 teaspoon of yellow coloring then stir ’til mix is yellow as well as well-blended. Pour on orange mix on pan into layer. Keep in refrigeration (1 hour) ’til firm.
Lift the fudge off the pan using a corner of foil then peel on the white portion. Slice fudge and make 48 servings. Press a candy corn on middle of fudge serving portions. Keep inside refrigerator.

Pumpkin Bread with Cream Cheese Filling Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Filling:
8 oz of cream cheese; softened
1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1 pc of egg (large)
1 Tbsp of orange zest; grated finely
For the Bread:
1 2/3 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted
1 tsp of baking soda (Calumet)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/2 tsp of cloves (ground)
1/4 tsp of ginger
1 c of pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1/2 c of vegetable oil
1 1/2 c of sugar (granulated)
1 c of nuts (pecans or walnuts); chopped
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 325 degrees F. Grease 2 pans (8×4x3 inch).
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, flour, orange zests, and egg inside a bowl and beat till mixture becomes creamy and smooth. Set it aside.
Combine the ingredients for the bread: flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmegs, and cloves inside a bowl. Set it aside.
Beat (pumpkin) puree, oil, sugar, and eggs inside a bowl. Pour the mixture onto the mixed flour for the bread. Stir in chopped nuts.
Transfer half the batter onto the pan; spread evenly. Pour over the creamy mixture and lastly the rest of the batter.
Place inside the oven and bake for 60-70 mins. Let it cool for ten mins.

Bat Wings with Swamp Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
20 pcs of chicken wings
2 tsps of ginger (fresh); grated (or 1/2 tsp of ground ginger)
1/2 c of soya sauce
1/4 tsp of pepper (red); crushed
2 pcs of garlic cloves; minced
1 tsp of 5 spice powder
For the dip:
8 oz of sour cream
3 Tbsps of ground mustard
chives (fresh, whole)
Instructions:
Place the wings inside a durable (plastic) bag. Place on a dish.
Combine ginger, (five spice) powder, garlic, crushed pepper, and soya sauce; mix well then pour onto the wings. Seal the bag then shake; let marinade coat on the chicken wings.
Refrigerate overnight, occasionally turn the bag. Take out the wings but leave the marinade inside. Place the wings onto a 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan lined with foil.
Bake in the oven at (450 degrees F) for ten mins. Brush chicken with marinade and continue to bake for 15-20 more mins till wings are cooked well and tender.
To make the dip, combine mustard and sour cream on a bowl. Garnish chives.
Arrange baked chicken wings onto a platter and serve dip on the side.

Monster Mash Party Mix Recipe
Ingredients:
10.5 oz of mini peanut-butter-filled crackers (Ritz)
11 oz of pretzel twists (small)
1 c of peanuts (dry roasted)
1/2 c of butter (unsalted)
1 c of sugar (white)
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)
2 Tbsps of vanilla extract
1 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1 pkg of candy corn (18.5 ozs)
10 oz of chocolates (M&M’s, plain)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at 250 degrees F.
Place Ritz crackers on a bowl; add the pretzel twists and the peanuts; combine well. Transfer onto a greased pan; press firmly then set it aside.
Combine syrup, sugar, plus butter on a saucepan above moderate heat. Let it boil at about five mins. Take out from the heat then add soda and vanilla while stirring continuously. Pour onto the crust in the pan and spread evenly.
Bake inside the oven for forty-five mins; stir every ten mins. When done, transfer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Break while it is still hot. Let cool.
When completely cooled, toss together with the candies. For storage, place inside airtight jars or containers.

Spaghetti & Eyeballs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef (lean)
1 c of bread crumbs (seasoned)
1 Tbsp of catsup
1 pc of egg (fresh)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 tsp of oregano
7 oz of olives (pimiento-stuffed, jarred)
14 oz of spaghetti sauce
1 tsp of salt
3 qts of water
2 Tbsps of butter (or margarine)
8 oz of spaghetti
Instructions:
Preheat the oven at (350 degrees F)
Combine beef, crumbs, egg, catsup, oregano, and pepper inside a bowl and form about 18-24 eyeball-sized balls then press olive onto each ball with the pimiento facing out.
Arrange the balls on a baking pan (or dish). Cover then bake at about forty-five mins. When the meat is almost done, place water on a pot. Add the salt and cook spaghetti according to the package instructions.
Drain the cooked pasta then transfer on a platter. Toss well with margarine or butter.
Once the meat is done, spoon above the pasta with the olives facing up. Pour heated sauce on the pasta.

Ingredients:
2 pcs of eggs; beaten
1 c of sugar (white)
3/4 c of vegetable oil
1 1/2 c of flour (all-purpose); sifted

Instructions:
Combine the sugar, oil, and eggs inside a bowl then beat using a mixer till blended well.
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pudding mix, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon; add onto the sugar mix. Incorporate well and fold in the pecans.
Transfer batter onto a 9×5x3 inch baking pan (greased). Place inside the oven and bake (350 degrees F) for an hour. Let it cool on the pan for ten mins. Take out from the pan; allow to completely cool.

Ingredients:
1 pkg of gelatin (orange)
1 c of water (hot)
1 c of carrots; shredded
1 c of pineapple; crushed
1 c of cheese; grated
Instructions:
Mix water and gelatin. Add carrots, pineapple, and cheese. Blend well. Transfer onto an 8 x 4 inch baking pan. Refrigerate for two hours until set. Cut to squares.

Ingredients:
Black olives (sliced)
Cream cheese (whipped)
20 pcs of wheat bread; take out crusts
1 Tbsp of mustard (honey flavored)
1/2 tsp of curry (powder)

3 Tbsps of mayonnaise (or unflavored yogurt)
2 cans of tuna (8 ozs)
Instructions:
Using a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, chestnuts, mustard and curry. Cut bread using a biscuit cutter to resemble a gingerbread man. Spread tuna mix onto one slice.
Cover with another slice. Cover the sandwich with whipped cream cheese. Place the sliced olives on top to resemble eyes.

Spider Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of butter
1/4 tsp of baking powder (Calumet)
1/4 tsp of baking soda (Arm & Hammer)
1/4 tsp of salt
2 oz of chocolate (semisweet); melted then cooled
1 pc of egg (large)
1 1/3 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1/2 c of chocolate chips (miniature, semisweet)
3/4 c of sugar (granulated)
For the Icing:
Food color
3 c of Confectioners’ sugar; sifted
5 Tbsps of milk
Instructions:
Beat butter inside a bowl using a mixer. Add sugar, soda, salt, and Calumet. Beat thoroughly then add egg, vanilla, and (melted) chocolate.
Add chocolate chips and flour while beating continuously. Shape the dough to one-foot-long rolls then wrap in parchment paper. Allow to chill for a day.
Slice the dough (1/4 inch thick) and place on baking sheet, 1-inch apart. Bake inside the oven at (375 degrees F) about seven mins. Let the cookies cool for a minute.
Combine confectioner and milk; beat till thick. Add desired coloring. Place inside a bag pipe and pipe onto completely cooled cookies. Pipe spider or any Halloween shape.
Let the icing set before serving.

Ingredients:
1 box of brownie mix (chocolate, 19 ozs)
2 pcs of eggs (large)
1/3 c of oil (vegetable)
1 c of peanuts (not necessary); roasted & chopped

2/3 c of frosting (chocolate)
3 c of candy corn (18.5 oz)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven (350 degrees F). Then in a bowl, add and stir brownie powder, water, oil as well as eggs ’til smooth in 50 strokes.
Add the peanuts and pour on 13″ pan for pizza that has been greased in cooking spray. Then bake for 18-20 minutes, ’til wooden stick inserted through middle of mixture goes out without crumbs.
Allow mixture to cool then spread the frosting on brownie, within 1/2″ from edge. Then decorate brownie using candycorn before cutting into 12-16 wedges and serve.

Ingredients:
2 pcs of potatoes (medium-sized)
1 package of spaghetti (angel hair, 8 oz)
14 oz of spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven (400 degrees F).
Rinse potatoes then cut lengthwise into half. Arrange on baking sheet with sliced side facing up. Bake at about forty mins.
While waiting for potatoes to finish baking, prepare angel hair spaghetti as stated in the instructions for the product. Drain water from cooked pasta. When potatoes in oven are almost ready, heat up spaghetti sauce.
Take out potatoes once cooked. Scoop the potato insides; set them aside. The shells of potatoes will be the skull.
When sauce is boiling, take it out from heat; stir in cooked pasta. Put pasta inside the shells.

Brain Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg of gelatin dessert mix (blueberry, 6 oz)
16 oz of cottage cheese (small curd)
3/4 c of blueberries (frozen); thawed or 16-1/2 oz of canned

Instructions:
Prepare the gelatin as stated inside package instructions. Let it chill at about 4-5 hours until it is firm or set. Scoop the cheese onto a medium-sized bowl.
If using canned blueberries, drain them; save its syrup. Mix blueberries and cheese; add food color (about 3 drops).
Scoop gelatin on a plate then top it with the cheese mix. Serve.

Ingredients:
1/4 c of margarine or butter
1 bag of mini-marshmallows (10.5 ozs)
1 box of gelatin (small, any flavor)
12 c of popcorn; popped
1 c of candy corn
Instructions:
Cook using microwave marshmallows and butter in bowl (HIGH, 1.5 – 2 minutes) ’til marshmallows become puffed.
Add the gelatin ’til well-mixed then pour the mixture on a mixture of candycorn and popcorn Lightly mix ’til well-coated.
Then shape mixture forming 15 pcs of balls (or any other shapes) using wet or greased hands then wrap per ball using cling wrap then tie using ribbon or raffia, if preferred. This recipe creates 15 pcs of balls.
