Wormy Apples Recipe I
Ingredients:
Cream (heavy)
6 pcs of gummy worms
1/2 tsp of nutmeg (ground)
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1/4 c of water
1/2 c of sugar (brown); packed
1/2 c of walnuts; chopped
1/2 c of raisins
6 pcs of apples
Instructions:
Preset oven (350 degrees F).
Clear and core the apples. Combine the walnuts with the raisins then place them inside the apples. Place apples inside a baking dish.
Using a saucepan, mix together sugar, cinnamon, butter, nutmet and water. Bring this mixture to boil. Afterwards, pour onto apples.
Pop in the oven for thirty minutes, frequently basting with sugar syrup. Cool onto wire racks.
Put apples on plates and pour syrup over the apples. Place gummy worms on top leaving other end dangling. Serve with cream.

Chocolate Lanterns Recipe
Ingredients:
A container of Cool Whip
12 pieces of pumpkins (miniature)
2 boxes of chocolate pudding (large)
Food color (green)
Instructions:
Make pudding as directed on the package. Refrigerate ’til pudding hardens.
Take out pumpkin tops then scoop out interior using a knife. Then scoop out interiors to make even. Using a marker design the faces on pumpkins’ surface. Fill pudding inside pumpkins.
In a separate bowl, blend the green coloring with the Cool Whip. Using a spoon, place Whip on top of pumpkins. Refrigerate before serving.

Popcorn Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of sugar (white)
1/3 c of water
1 1/2 tsp of salt
2/3 c of corn syrup (white)
1/2 c of butter
1/2 tsp of food color (orange, or mix yellow with red)
Instructions:
Boil the syrup (300 degrees F) on sugar thermometer. Allow to slightly cool. Pour onto the popcorn. Make into individual ball-shaped pieces using your greased hands.

Kettle Korn Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of popcorn (unpopped kernels)
1/4 c of sugar (white)
1/4 c of oil (vegetable)
Instructions:
Combine oil, sugar and popcorn in pot and let popcorn pop over moderate flame. Shake pot often, ensuring oil and kernels won’t burn. Take pot away from flame once popping subsided.

Halloweenies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 packs of choco chips (semi-sweet, 6 ozs)
1 can of milk (condensed & sweetened, 14 ozs)
1/2 c of peanuts (chopped & salted)
1/2 c of candy corn
2 tsps of vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of salt
1/2 c of cherries (candied); chopped
Instructions:
Line wax paper on 8″ or 9″ pan. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt on low flame salt, milk as well as choco chips while stirring often.
You can also microwave the chocolates if you want ’til they are melted. Pour the rest of ingredients, mixing well.
Then press mixture on paper-lined pan and spread equally. Chill the mixture for several hours. Remove mixture upside-down on board then slice into bars.

Magic Brew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack of yogurt (vanilla, 8 ozs)
4 c of soda (orange)
1 c of orange juice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender and process on high-set speed. Pour on ice trays then let freeze six hours and more.
Prior to serving, put cubes as well as 1 c of soda into blender and process on high-set speed ’til slushy. Serve into six glasses.

Crusty Cruddy Treats Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk (sweetened, 14 oz.)
1 box lime-flavored gelatin (large)
1 tsp almond extract
5 & 1/3 c of desiccated coconut (approximately 14 oz.)
1 c almonds; grounded and blanched
Instructions:
Combine almonds, 1/3 c of dry gelatin, extract, milk and coconut into a bowl. Blend well using spatula.
Once done, cover the bowl w/ cling wrap, then allow to chill it for sixty minutes or ’til mixture appears to be firm, good enough to be molded in your palm.
Mold into balls a half-filled teaspoon of mixture. Have the sizes slightly vary. Arrange on bake sheet covered with waxpaper.
Pour the remaining gelatin (dry) to clean surface topped with waxpaper. Carefully roll balls over dry gelatin, making sure it is thinly coated all over.
Arrange on bake sheet and refrigerate for 60 minutes prior to serving.

Popcorn Turtles Recipe
Ingredients:
6 c of popped popcorn
3 Tbsps of half and half
14 oz of caramels
1 Tbsp of butter (or margarine)
1 tsp of rum extract or flavoring
48 pcs of pecans; halved
1/2 c of Choco-Fudge Frosting (canned)
Instructions:
Grease a cooking sheet. Place the popcorn inside a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Heat the caramels, butter, and half-and-half inside a saucepan above a very gentle heat. Constantly stir till mixture is smooth and melted completely. Take out from the heat and add rum extract; stir.
Pour the mixture onto the popcorn; toss well. Arrange the halved pecans into three groups on the sheet (in a star-shape).
Quickly scoop a spoonful of the popcorn mix onto each center of the grouped pecans. Heat the frosting inside a saucepan; making it soft then scoop on top of each mounded popcorn.

Squished Frogs Recipe
Ingredients:
M & M’s (plain chocolates)
2 tsps of food color (green)
1/2 tsp of vanilla (extract)
5 c of cornflakes
40 pcs of marshmallows (large, 10 ozs)
1 stick of butter
Instructions:
Using a saucepan, melt your butter over reduced heat. Next, add in the marshmallows. Cook until marshmallows are melted as well as thick in consistency.
Add the vanilla and the green artificial color. Blend. Take out from the heat. Pour in the cornflakes then add the M&M’s. Mix thoroughly until everything is incorporated and green in color.
Scoop a dollop of your gooey mixture onto a dish or baking paper. Let them cool.

Ice Cream Vampire Bats Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pcs of cookies (oatmeal, soft, 3.5 inches)
4 scoops ice cream (chocolate, large scoopings)
Candies (assorted)
Instructions:
To make the wings, cut the cookies into 1/2 and cut crinkled edge over cookie’s uncurved side then set them aside. To make body, scoop ice cream and place over 4 separate plates.
Use knife to cut half-inch deep on opposing sides per ice cream. Assemble bat by inserting cookie half’s end into the cuts made in scooped ice cream, thereby creating wings. Then decorate using candies, creating bat face.
Add whips as ears, and beans as eyes and candy corn as fangs then serve as soon as possible or you can freeze this for 2 hours prior to serving time. This recipe creates 4 serving portions.

Ghost Crispies Recipe
Ingredients:
3 Tbsps of water
Cream of tartar
1 & 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 ozs of chocolate (semi-sweet); chopped
8 c of rice cereal crispies
1 c sugar (granulated)
1 eggwhite
Pinch salt
6 c of small marshmallows
1/3 c of butter
Instructions:
For Icing: On a double boiler placed over water (boiling), mix water, sugar, cream of tartar, salt and eggwhite. Beat Using an electronic mixer at for seven mins. or ’til it form peaks of glossy appearance.
Next, add in 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Place in the fridge ’til mixture thickens. Set it aside.
Melt 1/3 cup of butter in mid-heat in a saucepan. Add in mallows’ stirring continously ’til smooth. Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Pour into a bowl then combine cereal, mixing it well ’til fully coated.Place bowl in a saucepan filled with water (boiling).
Create ghost figures from the mixture, approxiamtely 14 inches in length each. Set aside for half an hour , stand ’til firm. Then cover with previously made icing.
On a double boiler placed over near boling water, place chocolate and melt. Using a small piping bag, draw spooky faces onto ghost figures.
Keep ghosts in covered container inside the refirigerator.

Graham Cracker Treats Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c or a stick of margarine
1 c crumbs of Graham crackers (14 squares)
2 c of icing sugar
1/2 c peanut butter (creamy)
1/2 c of dessicated coconut (sweetened)
Instructions:
Mix crackers and sugar in bowl. Then, combine peanut butter and margarine in microwavable container, then place inside your microwave for a minute. Add in coconut creating a crumbly dough.
Take a scoop of mixture and roll using hands, forming a ball. Roll over dessicated coconut, making sure all sides are evenly coated. Place in cookie sheets lined with tin foil, then refrigerate.

Gumdrop Goblin Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
8 small cups of popcorn
1/2 c of light syrup (corn)
1 Tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salt
2 c of gumdrops (orange)
1 c of sugar (granulated)
1/3 c of water
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
In saucepan, bring to a boil corn syrup, salt, margarine, water and sugar over mid-heat. Stir well ’til sugar is well dissolved.
Once sugar caramelizes, cook for 10 more minutes w/o stirring ’til it turns hard (254 degrees Fahrenheit). Take away from fire. Stir vanilla in carefully. You may wear mitts in order to avoid splatters.
Pour mixture in bowl with popcorn. Toss using a spoon to coat popcorns well. Drop in your gumdrops.
With rubber baking gloves, roll mixture into balls (2 inch each) and allow to cool.

Hot Spiced Witches Brew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of mix for breakfast drink (orange, sugar-free, dried)
1/2 c of mix for iced tea (sugar-free)
1/4 c of mix for lemonade
1/2 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
2 gal of water
1 Tbsp of cloves (whole)
Rind of 1 large orange (continuous spiral peel)
Rind of 1 large lemon (continuous spiral peel)
Cinnamon sticks (2-inches each, for swizzles)
Instructions:
Except the cinnamon, boil the ingredients in huge pot. Stir the mixture and lower the flame to simmer. Then serve using cups and the cinnamon swizzles on the side.

Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
16 c of popped popcorn
1/2 c of sugar
1/2 c of corn syrup (light)
1/2 c of peanut butter
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/8 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Combine syrup and sugar inside a small saucepan. Heat until it boils. Take out from the heat. Add (peanut) butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend well.
Pour onto popcorns, stir to coat well. Shape to balls.

Ingredients:
2 small cans of sliced olives (ripe; 2 &1/4 ounces each)
1 pack of cream cheese (8 ounces); softened
1 pc of cloved garlic; minced
16 thin slices of deli roast beef
1/4 c roasted pepper (red); chopped
8 pieces tortillas (6-7 inch each)
Instructions:
Set aside 48 small pcs of chopped pepper, one tsp cream cheese and 48 pcs of olives.
Mince rest of olives. Add in rest of pepper, garlic, cream cheese and olives in mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients well.
Have two tablespoons of cream cheese spread over every tortilla. Place 2 thin slices of beef on top, slightly overlapping each other. Roll tortilla like a jelly roll.
Take off the uneven edges of tortilla. Slice into eight pcs (each slice at least 3/4 inch each). Attached reserved peppers and olive with the use of reserved cream cheese, forming the eyes. Do the same for the rest of tortilla.

Ingredients:
12 pcs of sticks for lollipop (10″ to 12″ long)
1 pack of Moon Pies (chocolate, 24 ozs)

Instructions:
Insert a stick for lollipop about 2-3 inches through middle of Moon Pie. Then microwave candies in bowl (MEDIUM 50%PRCTG%) for a minute, ’til they melt while stirring it once. Place inside bag then seal it.
Create a little hole through bag then pipe candies around the stick, securing its hold on the pie. Put item flat above waxed paper then allow to harden.
Decorate borders with candy (melted) on edges and attach decorations using decorator’s icing. Use and tie ribbon around the stick if preferred.

Jell-O Popcorn Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of Karo syrup (light)
1 box of gelatin (small, any flavor)
1 c of sugar (granulated)

Instructions:
For a variety of colors, you may use various colored gelatin. Let gelatin boil with syrup and sugar then pour on 4-quart popcorn. Mix them well and form balls with it.

Ingredients:
1 pack of cream cheese (3 ozs); creamed
1 Tbsp of milk
1 Tbsp of onions (green); sliced
18 pcs of pretzel sticks
1/4 lb shredded American cheese
1/4 c of peanuts; chopped finely
Instructions:
Beat the milk and cream cheese in small bowl with medium-set speed, while scraping the bowl constantly, ’til mixture is smooth within 1 – 2 minutes.
Drop cheese as well as onions then continue with the beating ’til well-mixed for about 1 – 2 minutes. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for more than an hour.
Create 1″ balls with the mixture and add peanuts. Put pretzels per ball prior to serving. This recipe creates 18 servings.

1/3 c of peanut butter
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c of butter
1/4 tsp of garlic (powder)

8 c of cereal

1 c of Reese’s Pieces
1 c of candycorn
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and bake (250 degrees F) within 45 mins while stirring often. Allow to cool and add one cup of Reese’s as well as one cup of candycorn.

Halloween Witches Brew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can of juice (grape, frozen, 6 ozs)
2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
1/4 tsp of ginger; ground
2 pcs of cloves (whole)
2 Tbsps of honey
1 pc of cinnamon (stick)
3 cups of water
Instructions:
Brew the grape and lemon juice with the ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, water and honey in pan, on low-set flame. Stir thoroughly until well-blended.
After turning off the flame, leave mixture at room temperature (5 mins). Take out cloves and cinnamon. You may add juice (1/2 cup orange) for variation. Serve warm.

Halloween Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of baking soda
3/4 c of butter plus 6 Tbsps
2 pcs eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 & 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon
1/4 tsp of powdered nutmeg
1/2 c of nuts; chopped
1.5 c of sugar (light-browned color); packed firmly
1/2 c of pureed pumpkin
2 c of flour (all-purpose)
1/2 tsp of powdered ginger
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 c of unsifted icing sugar
3-4 Tbsps of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions:
In large bowl, you cream sugar (brown) and 3/4 cup butter ’til smooth and light. Add in pureed pumpkin, vanilla and eggs.
In separate bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking soda, flour, ginger and baking powder. Fold in to sugar-butter mixture. Mix ’til smoothened then add nuts.
Scoop heaping spoonfuls of dough to semi-greased bake sheets. Place inside oven and bake at 375 degrees F ’til light brown in color (about 10-15 mins). Cover with Brown Butter Icing.
For Icing: (Brown Butter)
In saucepan place the butter over mid-heat. Once browned, remove pan from the heat. Add vanilla and 6 Tbsps butter. Add milk enough to create a nice consistency.
Spread on cookies, then top with nuts.
