Halloween Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pack cream cheese (8 ounces)
1/3 c of sugar
1 piece egg
1/8 tsp of salt plus 1/2 tsp
1 pack choco chips (6 oz)
Food coloring (yellow and red)
1.5 c of flour
1/4 c of cocoa
1 c of sugar
1 tsp of baking soda
1 c of water
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Prepare oven. Heat to a high of three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine cream cheese, 1/8 tsp of salt and sugar. Add in choco chip pack. Add twelve coloring drops (yellow) and eight more red coloring drops. Mix ingredients well, the set it aside.

Blend remaining sifted dry ingredients with a cup of water, vanilla and oil.

Scoop into cupcake pans, at least one-third full. Spoon in a teaspoonful cream cheese on cupcake top. Let it bake for thirty mins.
