Halloween Lunch Box Recipe

Ingredients:

Peanut butter
Sandwhich bread
cheese
Luncheon meat
1 slice of lemon
an apple
fruits (preferably dried)
6 pcs grapes (seedless)
2 pcs carrots
salad dressing

Instructions:

For Ghost-wiches:

Cut ghost figures from bread. Cut small circles for ghost’s mouth and eyes. Spread each slice of bread w/ peanut butter. Cut cheeses and luncheon meat w/ similar shapes as your bread.

For Apple Jack-O-Lanterns:

Pick one apple w/ stem. Cut top, forming a lid like that of jack-o-lantern. Using a sharp-edged spoon, have apple hollowed out, leaving half-inch thick shell.

Cut mouth and eyes using a sharp-edged knife. Squeeze in lemon to apple surface to avoid discoloration. Fill jack-o-lanterns with dry fruits, cover lid then wrap with transparent wrap.

For Goblin Eyeball and hair of witch:

Skin then shred two carrots, peel grapes as well. Combine both fruits in bowl then combine with your kid’s favorite dressing. Toss. Scoop into small air-tight container.
