6 ozs of ground turkey meat
1 pc of onion; finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
2 beaten eggwhites
6 ozs of ground beef
2/3 c of uncooked oatmeal

Cut two small carrot circles for mice’s ears. Create thin long strips for tails from remaining carrot. Steam ’til tender and crisp.
