Halloween Party Ghostly Tree Ornaments

Things Needed:

Paint (black)
Thin string

For every ghost:

1 garbage bag (plastic)
1 pc of rubber band
1 balloon (round)

Instructions:

Place blown up balloons inside a garbage bag making sure that every bag’s bottom corner is situated on top. Tie tightly around directly bellow the balloon’s bottom part.

Create a spooky face drawing using paint in every blown up balloon. Create a small hole on the bag’s topmost part just fitted to have a thin string inserted. Tie tightly on a branch of a small tree, letting it hang freely.
