Halloween Party Painted Pumpkins

Things Needed:

Pumpkins (various sizes)

Craft materials:
Poster paints
Paint brushes (various sizes)
Newspaper
Old clothes

Instructions:

Paint the old newspapers. The project is headed to no particular direction, so you can be imaginative.

One simple activity we were doing since October was to have the children select some little pumpkins ranging in various sizes or shapes, then to paint them (no carving).

Just allow them to create the things they like to be done. Give the children various paints. You may have them create a nice-looking witch. Have them paint a pumpkin with another color. Have them add warts, eyes, etc.

The possibilities are endless.
