Things needed:

Nail polish (black)
Lipstick (black)
Craft paint (red) or red Scotch tape
Foot socks (with red stripes, calf length)
A pair of shoes (black)
One broom (clean)
Hat (Witch’s)
Cape (black)
T-shirt (black)
Sweatshirt (black)

Instructions:

Let child don black shirt and the striped red socks. Let her wear the black shoes. Don the black cape and the witch’s hat.

To make witch’s face up, paint child’s face with green face paint. Put dirty circles around the eyes using lipstick. Put black polish on each of child’s fingernails.

Let child hold broom then start trick or treating.
