Ice Cream Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Cupcakes:
1 pack of cake mix (18.5 ozs)
24 – 28 pcs of cones (flat-bottomed)
For the Frosting:
1/2 c of shortening
1/4 c of milk
1 tsp of flavoring (almond, optional)
1 pack of sugar (confectioners’)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Food color (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare cake batter based on package directions. Pour batter into the cones until it is it is full by 3/4. Place the cones on a muffin sheet and get it ready for baking.
Put into oven then bake (350 degrees F) in 20 mins and when done, take muffin sheet out and let cupcakes cool.
To create frosting, mix and beat all frosting ingredients together ’til creamy and smooth. Then decorate cupcakes when cooled.
